Issuu FAQs
Issuu Return Policy?
The return policy of Issuu.com is as follows:
- For Annual plans, refund requests are accepted but not obligated to honor up to 30 days after the charge is made. However, if the charge has already been disputed with the bank or a chargeback has been filed, refund requests related to the charge will not be honored.
- Refunds are not offered for Monthly plans.
- If a refund is desired, a refund request should be submitted. However, deleting the account with Issuu doesn’t prompt an automatic refund. Therefore, it's suggested not to delete the account once charged. If a refund cannot be honored, at least the Issuu account, which has already been paid for, will be available.
- In certain situations, a credit can be issued back to the Issuu account. The credit will be applied to future invoices, so no charge will be made. However, a charge will be made during the next billing cycle after running out of credit.
- Partial or prorated refunds may also be offered. In other words, the remaining amount from when the account was first charged can be refunded, rather than a full refund. If a partial refund is decided to be offered, an explanation will be offered once replying to the refund request.
- If an unauthorized charge from Issuu is believed to have been received, a request should be submitted.
- To prevent future charges, the account should be downgraded to the Basic (free) plan before the next recurring payment date. A renewal reminder email for all annual plans is sent 30 days prior to the renewal charge.
For purchased content, since the purchase is made directly from the publisher, the publisher should be contacted for a refund. The publisher’s contact information will be listed in the email purchase confirmation, as well as on the purchases page. If no response is received from the publisher, contact can be made at digitalsuccess@issuu.com. The Customer Success team can be contacted regarding problems related to accessing content. They will handle any issues related to accessing or reading purchased content, such as finding the My Purchases page, any technical problems on issuu.com, or resetting passwords.
